Autumn is flying by; the days are getting shorter, most of the deciduous trees have shed their leaves already, the temperatures are dropping at night.
I have planted my fall bulbs and my garlic, and started the job of putting the garden to bed for the winter. Hopefully I’ll get that job done before snow flies and/or everything freezes solid.
On Monday of the Thanksgiving weekend, I picked my jalapenos and turned them into pickles.
First time I’ve tried that, so hopefully they will turn out okay.
In other news, we found a can of beer that is almost as big as my head.
Cory and I split this. Not only was it entertaining, it was good beer. Happy Oktoberfest!
